Was du bei uns bewegen kannst ##

  • Trainingsentwicklung: Du erstellst technische Trainings zu neuen Modellen, Fahrzeug- und Hochvoltsystemen (Level 1S bis 3S) - didaktisch durchdacht und praxisnah
  • Training Delivery: Du führst Trainings eigenständig in mindestens zwei Landessprachen durch - sowohl Basis- als auch Expertentrainings
  • Qualifizierungsprozess: Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Kursunterlagen, der Trainingsplanung, den Ausschreibungen, bei Übersetzungen und wirkst bei markenspezifischen Zertifizierungen mit
  • Herstellerprogramme: Du setzt die Qualifizierungsprogramme unserer Konzernmarken gemäss Vorgaben um
  • Train-the-Trainer: Du nimmst an Trainings bei den Herstellerwerken teil und hältst dein Wissen ständig aktuell

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Erfahrung: Du verfügst über mindestens sechs Jahre Berufserfahrung (inkl. Ausbildung) in der automobiltechnischen Welt und verfügst über die Kältemittelprüfung für Fahrzeugklimaanlagen
  • Fachchliche Qualifikation: Du bringst eine automobiltechnische Grundausbildung mit, ergänzt durch eine höhere Fachausbildung wie z.B. Automobildiagnostiker\in mit eidg. FA, Automobilingenieur\in FH oder Master Technician auf unseren Konzernmarken. Eine methodisch-didaktische Weiterbildung oder ausgewiesene didaktische Erfahrung ist ein Plus
  • Digital Skills: Du arbeitest routiniert mit den M365-Anwendungen - insbesondere PowerPoints, Word, und Teams
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Du kommunizierst stilsicher auf Deutsch und bringst gute Französisch- und / oder Italienischkenntnisse auf mindestens B2-Niveau mit
  • Personality Fit: Du überzeugst durch klare und offene Kommunikation, Freude am Unterrichten und ein hohes Mass an Empathie. Gleichzeitig arbeitest du selbstständig, strukturiert und zuverlässig - und behältst auch in vernetzten Situationen stets den Überblick. Als Teamplayer bringst du dich aktiv ein und trägst zur gemeinsamen Weiterentwicklung bei
