Wir verlängern das Leben von mobilen Geräten und sorgen so dafür, dass Menschen diese Technologien optimal nutzen können. Als grösster Schweizer Serviceprovider für Smartphones, Tablets, Wearables und Laptops, reicht unser Dienstleistungsportfolio von der Reparatur bis hin zum Upcycling. In unserem Technologiecenter in Rotkreuz arbeiten über 50 Mitarbeitende, welche Privat\- sowie Geschäftskunden mit der besten Servicequalität im Markt bedienen.

Zur Unterstützung unseres Technik\-Teams suchen wir in Rotkreuz per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung dich als:

Technician Smartphone 80 \- 100% (w/m/d) ========================================

Du ubernimmst folgende Aufgaben:

  • Diagnosen und Reparaturen am gesamten Produkte Portfolio
  • Erstellen von verbindlichen Kostenvoranschlagen
  • Aneignen und ausbauen von herstellerspezifischem Wissen
  • Bestellen und Verwalten von Ersatzteilen
  • Mitwirken bei Prozessoptimierung
  • Miindliche und schriftliche Beantwortung von Anfragen aus dem Kundendienst
  • Schulung und Einarbeitung von neuen Mitarbeitenden
  • Mitverantwortung fiir die Einhaltung der Jahresziele
  • Tatkraftige Unterstiitzung bei der Einhaltung der hersteller\- und kundenspezifischen SLAs

Dein Profil:

Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Berufslehre im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder eine grosse technische Affinitat mit und mochtest Deinen Beitrag zu einer nachhaltigen Gesellschaft leisten? Ein gutes Prozessverstandnis und sehr gute PC\-Anwender Kenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab? Du bist eine offene und kreative Personlichkeit, welche eine speditive sowie exakte Arbeitsweise, als auch eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe mitbringt? Selbstverstandlich beherrscht Du Deutsch fliessend und bringst von Vorteil Grundkenntnisse in Englisch mit. Und zu guter Letzt bist Du ein absoluter Teamplayer und hast Lust, einen Fachbereich mit viel Potenzial gemeinsam im Team weiterzuentwickeln? Dann sollten wir uns unbedingt kennenlernen.
