Responsabilités

Au sein du service Maintenance Équipements, vous jouez un rôle essentiel dans le maintien et l'amélioration des installations de production et logistiques. Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :

  • Diagnostiquer les pannes et assurer les interventions de maintenance corrective sur les équipements de production et de logistique
  • Préparer, planifier et réaliser les interventions dans le respect des normes de qualité et de sécurité
  • Effectuer les opérations de maintenance préventive afin de garantir la disponibilité et la fiabilité des installations
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des équipements en proposant des solutions de fiabilisation et d'optimisation
  • Gérer les commandes de pièces de rechange et assurer le suivi des fournisseurs
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les différents services internes afin d'améliorer les performances des équipements
  • Assurer le suivi administratif des interventions et mettre à jour les données de maintenance dans l'ERP

Profil

  • Diplôme de Technicien ES en systèmes industriels, microtechniques ou formation jugée équivalente
  • Solides connaissances en automatisme et en commandes numériques (Fanuc, Siemens ou équivalent)
  • Bonnes compétences en électrotechnique et mécanique industrielle
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques courants ; la connaissance de SAP et de l'informatique industrielle constitue un réel atout
  • Esprit d'analyse, méthode et rigueur dans la résolution de problèmes
  • Personnalité autonome, proactive et orientée solutions
  • Bon esprit d'équipe et aisance dans la communication
  • Des connaissances en anglais et/ou en allemand représentent un avantage
  • Disponible pour travailler en horaires d'équipes (2x8)
  • Disponible pour suivre une formation initiale à Genève avant une prise de poste dans le canton de Fribourg
