Technicien de service 100% pour la Suisse romande

 

Tes tâches

  • Responsabilité de la gestion complète des fluides de refroidissement (Customer Fluid Management) chez les clients sous contrat
  • Surveillance, entretien, remplissage, remplacement et documentation conformément à l'accord client -
  • Organisation de la logistique pour la réalisation des interventions de maintenance -
  • Organisation et mise en œuvre d'une élimination des déchets dans les règles de l'art -
  • Documentation des travaux selon le format convenu -
  • Réalisation de travaux de nettoyage et d-autres activités liées au service CFM -
  • Suivi des clients hors du cadre de la gestion CFM dans le domaine de l-entretien des fluides de refroidissement -
  • Surveillance des lubrifiants réfrigérants et documentation selon les exigences -
  • Remplacement des fluides de refroidissement chez les clients -
  • Gestion des réclamations - mise à jour des données dans le système et mise en œuvre de mesures (dépannage sur site) -
  • Participation à des salons professionnels - mise en œuvre de concepts de remplissage -
  • Soutien aux ventes Suisse par le biais d-autres prestations de services -Soutien au marché suisse pour les tâches liées aux systèmes LiquidTool (LTA/LTM/LTS/Autopilot)

 

Ton profil

  • Formation professionnelle dans le domaine de la mécanique/de l'usinage des métaux
  • De préférence, une expérience dans le secteur des services techniques
  • Expérience dans un environnement de production et d'atelier, avec une dimension pratique
  • Permis de conduire pour chariots de manutention (par exemple, chariot élévateur) : un atout
  • Bonnes connaissances des applications MS Office
  • Aptitude et goût pour l'utilisation des outils informatiques
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'allemand à l'oral et à l'écrit
  • Sens aigu de l'organisation
  • Esprit d'équipe et orientation client - Goût pour le contact direct avec la clientèle
  • Disponibilité pour voyager à 80%
