Tâches ##

  • Réaliser des services, maintenances et réparations sur systèmes d'emballage.
  • Effectuer des diagnostics et résoudre les pannes de manière autonome.

Notre client, la BVS Verpackungs-Systeme AG, est une entreprise suisse établie spécialisée dans les solutions d'emballage efficaces, sûres et durables pour l'industrie et le commerce. En tant que partenaire d'emballage fiable, BVS accompagne ses clients tout au long du processus d'emballage - du conseil à l'intégration système, en passant par le service, la maintenance et l'après-vente. Sur le site de Urdorf, environ 30 collaborateurs travaillent, l'entreprise employant au total plus de 60 collaborateurs en Suisse, en Allemagne et en Autriche.

Pour renforcer l'équipe de service, nous recherchons une personne techniquement compétente, fiable et orientée client. Idéalement, vous habitez dans la région de Zurich ou ses environs. Après la période d'intégration, vous pourrez généralement commencer vos interventions directement depuis chez vous et ne devrez vous rendre sur le site d'Urdorf qu'en cas de besoin.

Vos tâches ####

  • Travaux de service, maintenance et réparation sur les systèmes d'emballage
  • Recherche autonome de pannes et dépannage
  • Montage et mise en service des installations chez le client
  • Assistance technique aux clients sur place et par téléphone
  • Révisions internes, remises à neuf et préparation des machines

Votre profil ####

  • Formation technique de base achevée, par exemple en tant qu'automaticien, électronicien, mécatronicien, poly mécanicien ou équivalent
  • Bonne compréhension technique et plaisir à rechercher des pannes
  • Connaissances en mécanique et électrotechnique
  • Expérience en tant que technicien de service ou dans l'industrie de l'emballage est un avantage
  • Méthode de travail structurée, autonome et fiable
  • Attitude amicale, professionnelle et accessible
  • Goût du contact direct avec la clientèle
  • Très bonnes connaissances en allemand, connaissances en anglais un plus
  • Permis de conduire catégorie B
