Vos missions

* Service, diagnostic et maintenance de packs batteries et d’installations BESS, pour des systèmes stationnaires ainsi que des systèmes embarqués sur véhicules

* Réalisation de mises en service, d’inspections, de diagnostics de panne et de réparations sur des systèmes de batteries haute tension directement chez les clients

* Soutien à de nouveaux projets énergétiques, notamment BESS raccordés au réseau, intégration des énergies renouvelables et programmes de service liés aux véhicules électriques

* Documentation rigoureuse des interventions de service, établissement de rapports et communication professionnelle avec les clients

* Déplacements réguliers vers des sites de projet et de service en Suisse et à l’international — le travail sur le terrain constitue un élément central de ce poste

* Participation et réussite de programmes de formation et de certification des fabricants de batteries — l’apprentissage continu est attendu et soutenu

Ce que nous recherchons

Requis

* Expérience technique confirmée avec les batteries, les systèmes électriques haute tension ou l’électronique de puissance

* Parcours professionnel en tant que technicien automobile, technicien véhicules électriques ou dans un métier technique pratique similaire

* Permis de conduire valable, au minimum catégorie B

* Réel intérêt pour les nouvelles énergies — vous souhaitez participer à la transition énergétique et ne recherchez pas simplement un emploi

* Disponibilité et flexibilité pour voyager régulièrement en Suisse et à l’international

* Ouverture aux programmes de formation et de certification des fabricants — vous considérez l’apprentissage comme faisant partie du travail

* Solides capacités de résolution de problèmes et aptitude à travailler de manière autonome sur le terrain

* Autorisation de travail pour la Suisse et l’UE

Atouts — non obligatoires

* Expérience avec les BESS, le solaire, l’éolien ou d’autres systèmes d’énergies renouvelables

* Familiarité avec les systèmes BMS (Battery Management Systems) et les outils de diagnostic

* Connaissance des normes de sécurité électrique applicables aux systèmes haute tension (CEI/IEC)

* Très bonnes connaissances du français et de l’anglais ; d’autres langues sont un atout
