Unilabs is the largest provider of medical laboratory diagnostics for prescribers and hospitals in Switzerland and employs around 800 people.

Your Tasks

Dans le cadre de nos activités au sein d'un laboratoire fonctionnant 24 h/24, nous recherchons une personne polyvalente capable d'intervenir aussi bien dans le secteur technique que dans les activités préanalytiques. Ce poste à 80 % s'adresse à une personne souhaitant évoluer dans un environnement dynamique, exigeant et fortement orienté vers la qualité des prestations.

Your Profile

Vos responsabilités

  • Réaliser les analyses de chimie clinique ,d'hématologie, d'immunologie-hématologieselon les procédures en vigueur.
  • Utiliser et surveiller les automates de laboratoire, effectuer les maintenances, calibrations et contrôles qualité.
  • Réceptionner et enregistrer les échantillons dans le système informatique du laboratoire (LIS).
  • Contrôler la conformité des demandes et des prélèvements et assurer le traitement des non-conformités.
  • Effectuer la centrifugation, l'aliquotage et la préparation des échantillons pour analyse.
  • Organiser les envois vers d'autres sites ou laboratoires spécialisés.
  • Garantir la traçabilité des opérations et le respect des exigences de qualité et de sécurité.
  • Participer activement à l'amélioration continue des processus techniques et préanalytiques.

Votre profil

  • * Diplôme de technicien en analyses biomédicales ES ou titre jugé équivalent,
  • Solides connaissances en analyses biomédicales, idéalement en hématologie et immuno hématologie.
  • Bonne compréhension des exigences de la phase préanalytique et des critères de conformité des prélèvements.
  • Expérience avec les automates de laboratoire et les outils informatiques.
  • Maîtrise parfaite orale et écrite du français.
  • Disponibilité pour travailler selon des horaires variables pour un laboratoire 24/24, y compris tôt le matin et tard le soir, ainsi que pour intégrer à terme un système de gardes.
