Pour mieux relever les défis urbanistiques actuels, la Municipalité a lancé une profonde réorganisation de son service de l'urbanisme. Objectif : un service public renforcé, une vision du territoire cohérente, durable et à échelle humaine. Nous cherchons des profils motivés, dynamiques et engagés pour accompagner cette transformation ambitieuse. Pour ce faire, la Municipalité de Montreux met au concours un poste de : Au sein de la section de la Police des constructions, vous rejoignez une équipe motivée et investie dans la transformation du service. Vous assurez le traitement rigoureux des dossiers d'autorisations de construire, tout en orientant et conseillant les requérant·e·s. Vous contribuez activement à l'évolution des processus internes, au déploiement de nouvelles pratiques et à l'actualisation du cadre réglementaire communal, notamment dans le cadre de l'élaboration du PACom. Tâches principales : \* Assurer le traitement des dossiers de police des constructions dans le respect des lois et règlements \* Produire des rapports d'analyse des dossiers \* Coordonner le traitement des affaires de la police des constructions avec les différents services de l'administration communale \* Rédiger des rapports périodiques sur l'état d'avancement des dossiers de police des constructions à sa hiérarchie et à la Municipalité \* Appliquer les prescriptions incendie -- AEAI dans le cadre des dossiers traités Profil souhaité : \* Certificat fédéral de capacité (CFC) de dessinateur·rice orientation architecture, géomaticien·ne, architecte HES ou formation jugée équivalente \* Minimum 35 années d'expérience professionnelle \* Formation en prescriptions de protection incendie -- AEAI, un atout \* Expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de la police des constructions et dans une administration communale souhaitée \* Bonnes connaissances des normes applicables à la police des constructions, des instruments et politiques d'aménagement du territoire, des procédures et aspects légaux requis \* Connaissances du territoire communal, un atout \* Capacité organisationnelle et rigueur \* Sens de la communication et esprit d'initiative \* Grande discrétion et sens des responsabilités \* Entregent et facilité d'adaptation \* Connaissances du dessin assisté par ordinateur (DAO), un atout \* Maîtrise des outils MS Office \\Entrée en fonction\\ : de suite ou date à convenir Tous renseignements complémentaires peuvent être obtenus auprès de M.
