Technicien·ne informatique polyvalent·e – Support et Infrastructure

Votre mission Vous intervenez sur l'ensemble du cycle de vie informatique de nos clients, du premier appel jusqu'à la résolution d'incidents complexes :

  • Support utilisateurs de niveau 1 à 3, à distance et sur site
  • Installation, configuration et déploiement de postes de travail, périphériques et logiciels
  • Maintenance préventive et corrective du parc informatique
  • Administration et suivi de serveurs (Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualisation)
  • Mise en place et dépannage de réseaux (switching, Wi\-Fi, firewalls, VPN)
  • Gestion des sauvegardes et application des bonnes pratiques de sécurité
  • Documentation des interventions et contact direct avec la clientèle

Votre profil

  • CFC d'informaticien·ne (exploitation et infrastructure) ou formation jugée équivalente
  • Expérience de quelques années dans un poste similaire, idéalement en prestataire de services
  • Bonnes connaissances des environnements Windows et Microsoft 365 ; des notions macOS ou de solutions de virtualisation sont un plus
  • Sens du service, à l'aise avec des interlocuteurs non techniques
  • Autonome, débrouillard·e et capable de gérer plusieurs demandes en parallèle
  • Permis de conduire (déplacements chez les clients)
