Technicien IT 80-100% CDI (H/F/D)

Responsabilités

  • Installer, configurer et mettre en service des postes de travail, copieurs et périphériques informatiques
  • Réaliser les configurations réseau nécessaires et assurer le dépannage des équipements
  • Intervenir sur les infrastructures informatiques et les réseaux des clients
  • Assurer le support technique à distance et par téléphone pour les utilisateurs
  • Diagnostiquer les incidents techniques et accompagner les utilisateurs dans leur résolution
  • Effectuer des interventions sur site et garantir un service de proximité de qualité
  • Assurer le suivi, la documentation et le reporting des interventions réalisées
  • Participer aux projets d'évolution, d'amélioration et de maintenance des infrastructures informatiques

Profil

  • Formation en informatique (CFC, ES, HES ou titre jugé équivalent)
  • Expérience professionnelle significative dans le domaine ainsi que dans l'installation, la configuration et le dépannage de matériels informatiques et périphériques
  • Bonnes connaissances des environnements Windows et de l'administration de postes de travail
  • Maîtrise des réseaux LAN, VLAN, Wi-Fi, VPN ainsi que des équipements réseau
  • Capacité à analyser rapidement les problèmes techniques et à proposer des solutions adaptées
  • Aisance dans les contacts avec les utilisateurs et orientation service client
  • Personnalité autonome, organisée, pragmatique et orientée solutions
  • Permis de conduire indispensable
