Alors si tu es une personne motivée et hyper enthousiaste rejoins le clan pour le poste de Technicien méthodes / Qualité - Traitement de surfaces (H/F/D)

Ta mission : ##

  • Élaborer, mettre à jour et optimiser les gammes de fabrication et les instructions de travail.
  • Participer à l-industrialisation de nouvelles pièces et à la qualification des premières séries : FAI, DVI, PPAP, essais-
  • Apporter votre expertise technique aux équipes de production sur les procédés de traitement, détraitement, passivation et finition de surfaces.
  • Participer aux essais industriels ainsi qu-aux qualifications des procédés.
  • Analyser les problématiques techniques rencontrées en production et contribuer à la réduction des non-conformités.
  • Réaliser et interpréter les contrôles nécessaires : mesures d-épaisseur, XRF, essais de corrosion, contrôles dimensionnels-
  • Participer à l-analyse des non-conformités internes et externes.
  • Piloter ou participer aux plans d-actions correctifs et préventifs.
  • Utiliser les principaux outils qualité : 8D, 5 Pourquoi, 6M, Ishikawa-
  • Participer aux audits internes ainsi qu-aux échanges techniques avec les clients.
  • Contribuer activement aux projets d-amélioration continue et à l-optimisation des procédés.

Nous recherchons avant tout un profil disposant d-une expertise technique concrète et pratiquée en traitement de surfaces.

  • Vous avez idéalement évolué plusieurs années directement sur le terrain avant de vous orienter vers des fonctions Méthodes, Industrialisation ou Qualité.
  • Vous maîtrisez notamment :

Les procédés de traitement de surfaces et/ou galvanoplastie.

Les problématiques de traitement, détraitement, passivation et finition.

La lecture et l-interprétation de plans techniques.

L-utilisation d-instruments de mesure et de contrôle liés au traitement de surfaces.

Les méthodes d-analyse et de résolution de problèmes qualité.

Les environnements industriels exigeants, idéalement en sous-traitance.

  • Vous êtes reconnu pour votre rigueur technique, votre capacité d-analyse et votre autonomie.
  • Votre organisation vous permet de structurer efficacement vos méthodes de travail et d-analyser rapidement les données afin d-identifier les actions à mettre en œuvre.
  • Vous appréciez le travail en interface avec les équipes Production, Méthodes, Qualité, Technique et clients.
  • Le français courant est indispensable. Un niveau professionnel en anglais ou en allemand, idéalement B2, constitue un réel avantage pour les échanges techniques et les audits clients.

Poste 40h/semaine / Contrat fixe / Rémunération sur 13 mois, salaire selon profil
