Technicien Methodes Assemblage

Vos missions : \- Veiller à la fiabilité, la fonctionnalité et la robustesse des composants, aussi bien sur des procédés d'assemblage automatisés que manuels. \- Élaborer et déployer les gammes de fabrication ainsi que les programmes machines, aussi bien lors de l'introduction de nouveaux produits que pour les productions existantes. \- Définir, actualiser et mettre à disposition les référentiels techniques, tout en contribuant à la capitalisation et à la formalisation des savoir\-faire. \- Apporter votre expertise technique aux équipes de production et intervenir dans l'analyse des problématiques rencontrées sur le terrain. \- Contribuer à la définition et au déploiement de la stratégie métier, en assurant sa traduction concrète dans les ateliers de production. \- Participer activement aux démarches d'amélioration continue et à l'optimisation des procédés. \- Prendre part aux projets liés à l'introduction et à la mise en œuvre de nouveaux procédés de fabrication.

Votre profil

Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de Technicien ES, Bachelor HES ou d'une formation équivalente, idéalement en microtechnique, automation ou systèmes industriels. Vous disposez de compétences techniques pluridisciplinaires couvrant notamment la mécanique, l'automation, la programmation, la vision industrielle et le paramétrage de machines spéciales. Des connaissances approfondies en brasage et soudage constituent un avantage. Vous avez idéalement une expérience dans le diagnostic de pannes et la résolution de problèmes liés aux machines spéciales. Une expérience dans les méthodes de fabrication industrielles et/ou dans le domaine horloger serait appréciée. Doté(e) d'un bon esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, vous êtes à l'aise pour identifier les problématiques, proposer des solutions et les mettre en œuvre sur le terrain. Vous appréciez le travail en équipe pluridisciplinaire et savez communiquer efficacement avec des interlocuteurs aux profils variés. Autonome, rigoureux(se) et proactif(ve), vous êtes force de proposition et avez un réel goût pour les environnements techniques et opérationnels.
