Pour l-un de nos clients à Yverdon-les-Bains , une entreprise technologique spécialisée dans le développement et la fabrication de machines industrielles de haute précision, nous recherchons un :

Technicien mise au point - monteur / Machines spéciales (H/F)

Vous interviendrez directement sur les machines lors des phases de montage final, de mise au point, de mise en service et de support technique.

Responsabilités

  • Réaliser la mise au point mécanique et fonctionnelle des machines
  • Effectuer les réglages, calibrations et tests nécessaires avant validation
  • Diagnostiquer les pannes et dysfonctionnements mécaniques, électriques ou liés à l-automation
  • Identifier les causes des problèmes et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives
  • Participer à la mise en service des équipements
  • Assurer le dépannage et le support technique
  • Effectuer les interventions de maintenance préventive et corrective
  • Réaliser les modifications et améliorations nécessaires directement sur les équipements
  • Remonter les problématiques rencontrées aux équipes Engineering et R&D
  • Documenter les interventions et participer à l-amélioration continue des machines
  • Intervenir ponctuellement auprès des clients selon les besoins

Profil

  • Formation technique en mécanique, polymécanique, mécatronique, automation ou maintenance industrielle
  • Expérience dans la mise au point, le dépannage ou la maintenance de machines industrielles
  • Très bonnes compétences en mécanique et recherche de pannes
  • Connaissances en électricité et automatisation appréciées
  • Bonne capacité à lire des plans mécaniques et schémas techniques
  • À l-aise avec les outils de mesure, de contrôle et de diagnostic
  • Vous aimez comprendre le fonctionnement global d-une machine et résoudre des problèmes directement sur le terrain
  • Autonome, méthodique, réactif et orienté solutions
  • Disponible pour des déplacements professionnels ponctuels
