Dans le cadre du renforcement de ses équipes, notre client, acteur reconnu de l'industrie cosmétique, recherche activement un(e) Technicien(ne) Contrôle Qualité (QC) pour une mission temporaire offrant un environnement stimulant et exigeant.

TECHNICIEN/NE CONTRÔLE QUALITE - POSTE TEMPORAIRE

Rôle / Mission

Assurer la gestion complète des activités de Contrôle Qualité liées à la production des vracs, incluant les analyses microbiologiques et physico-chimiques, afin de garantir la conformité des produits aux exigences réglementaires et internes.

Responsabilités principales

  • Réaliser les analyses microbiologiques des eaux, vracs et matières premières.
  • Effectuer les prélèvements d-eaux et assurer leur suivi microbiologique et chimique.
  • Contrôler les fabrications (2ème tour) : tests organoleptiques, viscosité, pH, densité, centrifugation, microscopie, Karl Fischer.
  • Gérer les OOS et non-conformités (NC), participer aux investigations et rédiger les rapports QC.
  • Établir les certificats d-analyses et saisir les résultats dans SAP.
  • Archiver les dossiers de contrôle et gérer l-échantillothèque vrac.
  • Communiquer quotidiennement les non-conformités au coordinateur QC RM, Bulk & Analytical.
  • Réceptionner, identifier et suivre les produits chimiques (COA).
  • Vérifier et approuver les spécifications laboratoires, créer les spécifications bulk et les enregistrer dans SAP.
  • Assurer le calibrage et la maintenance des équipements de laboratoire.
  • Participer à l-entretien du laboratoire et à l-amélioration des processus.
  • Rédiger des documents de formation pour les méthodes d-analyse.
  • Apporter un support au contrôle des matières premières (archivage, spectre IR, analyses physico-chimiques).
  • Participer aux analyses chromatographiques (HPLC, GC).
  • Contribuer à la gestion des déchets.
  • Libérer ou bloquer les lots de matières premières et vracs.

Profil recherché

  • Formation : CFC droguiste ou Bachelor en chimie.
  • Expérience : Expérience en laboratoire et contrôle qualité souhaitée.
  • Compétences informatiques : MS Office, SAP ; Coptis est un atout.
  • Professionnelle autonome, dotée d'un grand sens des responsabilités et d'une excellente rigueur.
