Votre mission : ###

  • Assurer au quotidien la maintenance préventive et corrective des installations techniques de chauffage, ventilation, climatisation, réfrigération et sanitaires.
  • Réaliser les rondes techniques et contrôler les équipements afin de détecter rapidement toute dérive pouvant impacter l-activité du site.
  • Garantir la continuité de service des installations techniques, en tenant compte des contraintes propres à un environnement de santé.
  • Diagnostiquer les pannes de premier niveau et assurer les dépannages courants avec réactivité.
  • Remplacer les équipements et composants usuels : pompes, moteurs, filtres, vannes et petits équipements techniques.
  • Intervenir sur les installations sanitaires et hydrauliques dans le cadre de la maintenance courante.
  • Réaliser les opérations prévues dans le plan de maintenance, dans le respect des zones sensibles et des contraintes d-exploitation.
  • Effectuer les réglages nécessaires des installations CVC afin de maintenir les conditions de température, de ventilation et de confort requises.
  • Traiter les demandes d-intervention selon leur niveau d-urgence, les priorités d-exploitation et les exigences de continuité de service.
  • Assurer des interventions de maintenance multi technique en limitant au maximum les perturbations dans les espaces occupés.
  • Identifier les anomalies, signes d-usure ou risques de défaillance et anticiper les besoins de réparation ou de remplacement.
  • Renseigner la GMAO et assurer une traçabilité précise des interventions réalisées.
  • Veiller à la disponibilité des pièces de rechange et consommables nécessaires aux interventions prioritaires.
  • Accueillir et accompagner les prestataires spécialisés, en veillant au respect strict des règles de sécurité, d-hygiène et de fonctionnement du site.
  • Respecter les exigences QHSE, d-hygiène, de sécurité, de confidentialité et de discrétion, et participer au service de piquet / astreinte afin d-assurer une prise en charge rapide des incidents techniques.

Votre profil : ###

  • Formation technique dans le domaine CVCS (chauffage, ventilation, climatisation, sanitaire), idéalement titulaire d-un CFC dans l-un de ces domaines ou d-un titre jugé équivalent.
  • Expérience confirmée d-au moins 3 ans, idéalement dans la maintenance et le dépannage d-installations techniques du bâtiment. Une expérience en environnement hospitalier, médical ou fortement réglementé constitue un atout
  • Bonne maîtrise des normes, prescriptions et exigences de sécurité liées aux installations CVCS.
  • Grande rigueur, sens de l-organisation et capacité à gérer les priorités avec discernement.
  • Excellente réactivité, tout en sachant garder son calme dans les situations sensibles ou urgentes.
  • Sens aigu du service, de la qualité et du détail, dans un environnement à haut niveau d-exigence.
  • Attitude discrète, professionnelle et irréprochable, avec un strict respect de la confidentialité.
  • Très bonnes qualités relationnelles, avec une communication courtoise, posée et adaptée à des interlocuteurs variés.
  • Esprit d-équipe, autonomie, flexibilité et forte capacité d-adaptation aux contraintes du site.
  • Disponibilité pour assurer un service de piquet / astreinte selon le planning défini.
  • Très bonne maîtrise du français oral et écrit
