Tâches ##

  • Diagnostiquer et réparer des appareils électroménagers modernes.
  • Installer et dépanner des systèmes de courant fort et faible.
  • Conseiller les clients sur l'utilisation optimale de leurs appareils.

Compétences ##

  • Formation en électrotechnique (EFZ) requise.
  • Compétences en mécanique et électronique appréciées.
  • Excellente orientation client et présentation professionnelle.

Tes tâches

  • Diagnostic & réparation : Tu identifies la cause des pannes sur des gros appareils électroménagers modernes (machines à laver, lave-vaisselle, sèche-linge, etc.) et les répares professionnellement sur place.
  • Expert en courant fort/faible : Tu t-occupes de l-installation et du dépannage dans le domaine des installations de courant fort et faible.
  • Conseil client : Tu expliques clairement aux clients quel était le problème et comment ils peuvent utiliser au mieux leur appareil - pour une grande satisfaction client.
  • Documentation numérique : Tu enregistres tes interventions de service et commandes de pièces détachées directement via ta tablette.

Ce que tu apportes

  • Base : Tu as une formation achevée d-électricien(ne) installateur(trice) CFC ou d-électricien(ne) de montage CFC.
  • Habileté technique : Tu prends plaisir à te plonger dans la mécanique et l-électronique des appareils électroménagers.
  • Savoir-faire : Tu maîtrises les installations de courant fort et faible.
  • Orientation client : Tu parles un allemand sûr, tu es poli(e) et professionnel(le) et tu travailles proprement et de manière fiable dans la sphère privée de nos clients.
  • Mobilité : Un permis de conduire de catégorie B est essentiel pour tes tournées chez les clients.
  • Bonus : Une expérience dans le domaine de la maison intelligente ou dans le service client (service après-vente) est un grand plus !
