Afin de renforcer notre équipe informatique à Avenches, nous recherchons

Technicien·ne Installation \& Support Clients (100%)Vous assurez le déploiement de nos solutions auprès de nos clients, leur mise en service ainsi que l'accompagnement technique tout au long du cycle d'installation. Interlocuteur·trice privilégié·e sur le terrain, vous contribuez au succès de nos projets d'intégration et à la satisfaction de nos clients.

Responsabilités principales

* Installation et mise en service de nos solutions digitales chez les clients (order entry, solutions d'impression et projets POCT).

* Déploiement, configuration et connexion des équipements d'impression et périphériques associés.

* Intégration de nos solutions avec les logiciels métiers des cabinets médicaux et établissements de santé.

* Paramétrage et connexion des dispositifs POCT dans le cadre des projets de rapport intégré.

* Support technique de premier niveau (N1\) et accompagnement des utilisateurs après installation.

* Diagnostic et résolution des incidents techniques liés aux infrastructures locales, aux connexions réseau et aux interfaces applicatives.

* Coordination des installations avec les équipes internes et les partenaires externes.

* Participation à la planification et à l'amélioration continue des processus de déploiement.

Ce que nous recherchons

* Formation technique en informatique, systèmes, réseaux ou domaine équivalent.

* Expérience dans le déploiement de solutions informatiques chez les clients, le support technique ou l'intégration d'applications.

* Bonnes connaissances des environnements Windows et macOS.

* Maîtrise des fondamentaux réseaux (TCP/IP, DNS, routeurs, pare\-feu, VPN).

* Capacité à analyser des problématiques techniques et à proposer des solutions pragmatiques.

* Excellent sens du service et aisance dans les échanges avec des interlocuteurs techniques et non techniques.

* çais et allemand courants (oral et écrit) ; l'anglais technique constitue un atout.

* Permis de conduire indispensable et disposition à effectuer des déplacements réguliers en Suisse.

* Une première expérience en coordination d'équipe, planification des interventions ou gestion de projet constitue un avantage.
