The posting

Dans le cadre d'un projet d'envergure stratégique basé à Lausanne, nous recherchons un Technicien Poste de Travail pour exécuter le déploiement massif de plus de 3'000 postes de travail (PC portables, de bureau et périphériques).

Votre mission principale sera de garantir la réussite de ce projet de migration et de renouvellement parc, de la réception du matériel jusqu'à la remise en main propre aux utilisateurs finaux, tout en assurant un support de proximité de haute qualité. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec notre équipe d'ingénieurs afin de garantir le respect des jalons du projet, la conformité des masters informatiques et la satisfaction globale des utilisateurs.

Vos principales responsabilités :

Masterisation & Préparation : Préparer, masteriser et configurer les postes de travail (Windows 10/11, suite Microsoft 365, applications métiers) via les outils de déploiement automatisé (MDT, SCCM/MECM, Intune). Déploiement physique & logistique : Effectuer l'installation physique des nouveaux équipements, le brassage réseau, l'installation de la connectique et la mise en service sur les différents sites. Support de proximité (Floor-walking) : Accompagner les utilisateurs lors de la prise en main de leur nouveau matériel et résoudre rapidement les incidents post-déploiement (Support N1/N2). Gestion du parc & inventaire : Assurer la mise à jour rigoureuse de la base de données d'inventaire (CMDB), la gestion des stocks de matériels et le suivi des restitutions de l'ancien parc. Reporting & suivi : Rendre compte régulièrement de l'avancement des déploiements auprès du comité de pilotage du projet et signaler toute anomalie récurrente.

Profil recherché :

Compétences & expérience Vous justifiez d'une première expérience dans le déploiement à grande échelle de postes de travail et le support informatique de proximité. Bonne maîtrise des environnements Windows 10/11, d'Active Directory, d'Azure AD / Entra ID, d'Office 365 et des outils de masterisation/déploiement (SCCM, Intune, MDT, WDS). Expérience avérée sur des projets de déploiement massif (plusieurs centaines ou milliers de postes) au sein d'environnements exigeants.

Sens du service & relationnel : Excellent relationnel, pédagogie et patience face aux utilisateurs pour garantir une expérience de transition fluide et positive. Esprit d'équipe : Vous aimez travailler en équipe sur le terrain et savez faire preuve de solidarité pour atteindre les objectifs collectifs du projet. Autonomie & réactivité : Capacités d'analyse et de résolution rapide de problèmes techniques imprévus sur le terrain.
