Notre client, une PME neuchâteloise à dimension humaine et leader dans son domaine d-expertise, nous a mandatés afin de lui présélectionner son/sa futur/e

Technicien qualité (H/F)

Vos tâches principales :

Effectuer des contrôles dimensionnel et géométrique sur machine tridimensionnelle de composants mécaniques.

Vérifier la conformité des documents internes et ceux fournis par les sous-traitants.

Définir des moyens de mesure afin de contrôler la qualité du produit selon les exigences.

Rédiger et gérer les documents de contrôle : rapports de mesures, rapports de non-conformité.

Participer aux évolutions nécessaires à l-amélioration de la qualité et de la performance des contrôles dimensionnels et géométriques.

Effectuer de la programmation sur machine 3D (par exemple : Hexagon, logiciel PC-DMIS).

Votre profil :

Technicien ES en mécanique, voire CFC de Polymécanicien avec expérience dans le domaine ou formation/expérience équivalentes.

Bonne connaissance des instruments de mesure conventionnels pour le contrôle dimensionnel et géométrique de composants mécaniques.

Au minimum une expérience dans la programmation de machines de mesures 3D.
