Notre partenaire évolue dans le domaine de l-automation industrielle et développe des solutions techniques destinées à répondre aux besoins spécifiques de ses clients. Grâce à son expertise technologique et à son orientation vers l'innovation, il intervient sur des projets variés et accompagne ses clients de l'installation jusqu'au service après-vente. Pour renforcer son équipe, il recherche actuellement un-e Technicien-ne SAV - Automation à 100% en CDI.

Vos tâches chez votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous analysez le fonctionnement des machines automatisées et identifiez l'origine des éventuels dysfonctionnements
  • Vous intervenez sur les installations des clients afin d'effectuer les dépannages et les modifications nécessaires au niveau mécanique, électrique et logiciel
  • Vous prenez part à l'installation et à la mise en service de nouveaux équipements directement sur les sites concernés
  • Vous accompagnez les utilisateurs dans la prise en main des machines et dispensez les formations techniques nécessaires
  • Vous êtes en contact direct avec les clients et veillez à leur apporter un suivi professionnel ainsi qu'un service de qualité
  • Vous participez activement à l'optimisation des équipements et à l'amélioration des processus du service après-vente

Vous offrez à votre nouvel employeur

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de Technicien-ne ET en automation ou d'un CFC technique, avec une expérience professionnelle solide dans le domaine
  • Vous avez de bonnes connaissances de TwinCAT 3 ; la maîtrise d'autres environnements logiciels constitue un avantage
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec la programmation et connaissez notamment Structured Text (ST), C\#, Visual Basic ou un langage similaire
  • Des connaissances en vision industrielle, optique et systèmes de contrôle représentent un atout
  • Vous appréciez analyser des problèmes techniques et trouver rapidement des solutions adaptées
  • Vous avez un bon contact avec la clientèle et êtes naturellement orienté-e vers le service
  • Autonome et organisé-e, vous savez prendre des initiatives et vous adapter aux différentes situations rencontrées sur le terrain
