Wir suchen ab sofort oder nach Vereinabarung einen Techniker für unser Team im FIVE Hotel.

Ihr Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Wartung der haustechnischen Anlagen
  • Durchführung regelmässiger Kontrollgänge
  • Gartenarbeit und Winterdienst
  • Erledigung aller anfallenden Reparaturarbeiten inklusive Dokumention
  • Sicherstellung höchster Qualität und Verfügbarkeit aller technischen Einrichtungen
  • Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit Drittunternehmen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in allen fachtechnischen Belangen
  • Wochenend und Pikettdienste
  • Mithilfe bei Events und Veranstaltungen

Ihr Profil

  • Inhaber/in eines eidgenössischen Fähigkeitszeugnisses (vorzugsweise Elektromonteur, Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt oder Sanitärinstallateur);
  • allgemeine handwerkliche Begabung und Interesse an Technik und Elektronik;
  • wenn möglich, eidgenössischer Fachausweis als Hauswart oder gleichwertiges Diplom;
  • Beherrschung der Wartung von Schwimmbäder oder Bereitschaft, die erforderliche Ausbildung zu erwerben;
  • Leichtigkeit im Umgang mit Gästen und Personal;
  • gute körperliche Konstitution;
  • Teamfähigkeit und Loyalität;
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen;
  • hohe Einsatzbereitschaft;
  • Vertrautheit mit den gängigen IT-Tools (unter anderem Outlook und Leitsystem).
