Das iwaz bietet als Sozialunternehmen Assistenz für Wohn\- Ausbildungs\- und Arbeitsangebote, ist Dienstleister für Industrie\-, Rehatechnik\- und Sozialaufträge und ist Austragungsort für Seminare, Veranstaltungen und Gastronomieerlebnisse in Wetzikon.

Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n

*Technische/n Allrounder\in 80–100 %** in unserer Abteilung Montage

Sie arbeiten gerne mit den Händen, haben ein gutes Gespür für Materialien und Werkzeuge und Freude daran, wenn am Ende alles passt. Sie arbeiten sorgfältig, packen gerne mit an und verlieren auch bei abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben den Überblick nicht.

Als Technische/r Allrounder\*in sind Sie ein wichtiger Teil unserer Montage. Sie übernehmen vielseitige Aufgaben, von der manuellen Fertigung über Montage und Konfektionierung bis hin zum hochwertigen Finish unserer Produkte.

Dabei ist Ihr handwerkliches Geschick gefragt. Gleichzeitig arbeiten Sie in einem Umfeld, in dem Menschen mit Assistenzbedarf Teil unseres Arbeitsalltags sind. Sie bringen Ihr Fachwissen ein, übernehmen Verantwortung und tragen dazu bei, dass unsere Produkte zuverlässig und in hoher Qualität entstehen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie bespannen gemeinsam mit einer Kollegin oder einem Kollegen exklusive Gartenstühlein sorgfältiger Handarbeit mit hochwertigem Kordelmaterial.
  • Sie bereiten Komponenten für eine effiziente Fertigung vor und sorgen für ein sauberes und hochwertiges Finish.
  • Sie montieren verschiedene Baugruppen und konfektionieren unterschiedliche Teile.
  • Sie stellen sicher, dass Ihre Arbeiten unseren hohen Qualitätsansprüchen entsprechen und termingerecht bereitstehen.
  • Sie arbeiten selbstständig und zuverlässig nach unseren Fertigungsstandards und unterstützen das Team dort, wo Ihre Mitarbeit gefragt ist.
  • Bei Bedarf unterstützen Sie bei der Auftragsorganisation und \-überwachung.
  • Sie bringen Ihre Ideen und Ihr praktisches Know\-how ein und helfen mit, Abläufe und Prozesse laufend zu verbessern.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Eine technische Grundausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Mechanik, Montage oder einem verwandten Beruf
  • Erfahrung in der manuellen Fertigung und Montage
  • Handwerkliches Geschick, technisches Verständnis und eine ausgeprägte praktische Veranlagung
  • Eine sorgfältige, strukturierte und qualitätsbewusste ArbeitsweiseTeamgeist, Flexibilität und Organisationstalent
  • Freude an abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben und die Bereitschaft, selbst mit anzupacken
  • Eine hohe Sozialkompetenz und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen mit Assistenzbedarf
