Du bist technisch versiert und suchst eine langfristige Herausforderung?

Für unseren Kunden in Biel suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit als Technische Hauswart (80-100%).

In dieser abwechslungsreichen Funktion sorgst du dafür, dass Gebäude und technische Anlagen jederzeit einwandfrei funktionieren und trägst aktiv zu einem gepflegten und sicheren Arbeitsumfeld bei.

Aufgaben

  • Betrieb, Überwachung und Kontrolle der haustechnischen Anlagen (HLKS)
  • Durchführung von Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
  • Pflege und Unterhalt der Gebäude sowie der Aussenanlagen
  • Winterdienst sowie Laub- und Grünpflege
  • Organisation der Abfallentsorgung und Recycling
  • Unterstützung bei Umbauten und kleineren Sanierungsarbeiten
  • Vorbereitung von Sitzungs- und Veranstaltungsräumen
  • Qualitätskontrollen in den Bereichen Gebäudeunterhalt, Reinigung und Sicherheit
  • Rapportierung der ausgeführten Arbeiten
  • Betreuung und Überwachung des Gebäudeleitsystems
  • Piketteinsätze sowie Stellvertretung des Objektleiters nach Bedarf

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Haustechnik, Gebäudetechnik oder einem handwerklichen Beruf
  • Erfahrung im technischen Gebäudeunterhalt oder in der Instandhaltung
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Systemen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Körperlich belastbar sowie bereit für Pikettdienst und flexible Arbeitszeiten
