Die Hauswartprofis AG ist ein schweizweit tätiger Facility Services Anbieter. Seit über 30 Jahren sorgen wir mit unseren Dienstleistungen in den Bereichen Hauswartung, Gartenpflege, Reinigung und technischem Gebäudemanagement für den Werterhalt von Wohnliegenschaften, Geschäftshäusern und Einkaufszentren. Rund 800 Mitarbeitende setzen sich täglich für Qualität, Zuverlässigkeit und zufriedene Kunden ein.

Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams in Region für Geschäftsliegenschaften im Neumarkt suchen wir per 01\. November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du betreust unsere Geschäftsliegenschaften im Neumarkt in St. Gallen im Schichtbetrieb.
  • Du reinigst Innenbereiche wie Treppenhäuser, Ladenstrassen und Toilettenanlagen sowie die Aussenbereiche.
  • Du öffnest und schliesst das Einkaufszentrum gemäss Einsatzplan.
  • Du kontrollierst und unterhältst technische Anlagen und bedienst unter anderem die Brandmelde\- und Entrauchungsanlage.
  • Du setzt Reinigungsmaschinen fachgerecht ein.
  • Bei Bedarf übernimmst du Piketteinsätze und Winterdienst.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine Berufslehre in einem technischen oder handwerklichen Beruf abgeschlossen und bringst idealerweise Erfahrung in der Hauswartung mit.
  • Reinigung und der Unterhalt technischer Anlagen gehören zu deinen Stärken. Du erkennst Störungen und leitest die nötigen Massnahmen ein.
  • Du bist bereit für \- und Spätschichten sowie Einsätze am Samstag.
  • Du arbeitest selbständig und zuverlässig, bist teamfähig und begegnest Kundinnen und Kunden freundlich und professionell.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, einen Führerausweis der Kategorie B und einen einwandfreien Leumund.
