Der Fachbereich Infrastruktur von Agroscope ist zuständig für die Bereitstellung und den Unterhalt der Arbeitsinfrastruktur von Agroscope. Er bietet logistische Unterstützung für alle Einheiten: Unterhalt und technischer Support von Gebäuden, Flottenmanagement sowie verschiedene Support-Dienstleistungen. Seine Aufgabe ist es, den Forschungsbetrieb von Agroscope sicherzustellen und weiterzuentwickeln unter nachhaltigem Einsatz der finanziellen und ökologischen Ressourcen.
