Für ein marktorientiertes Handels- und Dienstleistungsunternehmen im Bereich industrielle Automation in der Region Dübendorf suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Technische:r Sachbearbeiter:in Verkauf Innendienst Sensorik m/w/d, 100%. In dieser Funktion unterstützen Sie den Verkauf Innendienst im Bereich Automation Components und betreuen Kunden sowie Lieferanten mit technischem Verständnis, Organisationstalent und hoher Serviceorientierung.

Aufgaben ##

Technische Kundenberatung sowie Auslegung passender Sensorik-Produkte

Abklärung technischer Fragestellungen mit Lieferwerken und kompetente Beratung der Kunden

Erstellung von Kalkulationen und Angeboten sowie konsequente Nachverfolgung

Disposition von Mengen, Lieferzeiten und Lagerbeständen

Erfassen, Abwickeln und Ãberwachen von Kundenaufträgen und Lieferantenbestellungen

Pflege von ERP-Stammdaten

Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Verkauf, Einkauf, Lieferanten und internen Fachstellen

Qualifikation ##

Technische Grundausbildung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Elektrotechnik

Kaufmännische Weiterbildung, zum Beispiel als Technische:r Kaufmann/Kauffrau, von Vorteil

Erfahrung im Verkauf Innendienst, idealerweise im technischen Umfeld

Freude am Umgang mit Kunden und Lieferanten

Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

Gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen

Selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

Hohe Kunden- und Lösungsorientierung

Analytisches Denken, Eigeninitiative und Organisationstalent

Kontaktfreudige Persönlichkeit mit Freude an Teamarbeit und Eigenverantwortung
