Unterstützen Sie uns mit Ihrem Know\-how – Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

\* Auftragsbearbeitung im Produktbereich Türe – von der Offerte bis zur Rechnungsstellung \* Abwicklung der Reklamationsbearbeitung und des Ersatzteilwesens \* Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden – telefonisch, schriftlich und persönlich in der Ausstellung \* Aktive Zusammenarbeit und Koordination mit internen Stellen und unseren Werken \* Einsatz an Messen und Ausstellungen \* Laufende Informationsbeschaffung zu Produktneuheiten und internen Entwicklungen innerhalb der Hörmann\-Gruppe

Tragen Sie zu unserem gemeinsamen Erfolg bei – Was Sie mitbringen:

\* Technische Grundausbildung (z. B. im Metall\- oder im Holzbereich) mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit technischem Flair \* Erfahrung im Verkaufsinnendienst oder Kundendienst von erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten \* Kenntnisse in der Bauzulieferbranche (Türen, Fenster, Innenausbau, Beschläge) von Vorteil \* Gute Anwenderkenntnisse im Bereich MS\-Office \* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift \* Freude am Kundenkontakt, hohe Belastbarkeit sowie eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
