Deine Aufgaben

Operative Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft:

  • Bearbeiten von Anfragen und Bestellungen
  • Erfassen und pflegen von Stammdaten
  • Erfassen und fertigstellen von Aufträgen im ERP
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im Einkauf inklusive Koordination von Logistik\-Aufgaben
  • Verpacken, entpacken und bereitstellen von Produkten
  • Organisieren von Transporten zu Lieferanten und Kunden
  • Erledigen von allgemeinen administrativen Arbeiten

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufslehre EFZ mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung
  • Gültiger Fahrausweis Kategorie B, Fahrpraxis mit manuell geschaltetem Fahrzeug
  • Hoher Kundenfokus
  • Zuverlässige, engagierte und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit
  • Gute Auffassungsgabe sowie proaktive, vernetzte Denk\- und Handlungsweise
  • Selbstständige und systematische Arbeitsweise
  • IT\-Kenntnisse: MS Office und ERP\-System (myfactory von Vorteil)
  • Geeignet auch für Wiedereinsteiger/innen
  • Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (Niveau Muttersprache)
