Wir entwickeln, produzieren und vertreiben Tampondruckmaschinen und \-anlagen und gehören zu den führenden Unternehmen in diesem Bereich. Mit Eintritt per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung haben wir folgende Stelle zu besetzen:

Technischen Einkäufer (w/m/d) 100%.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet umfasst:

  • Selbstständige Abwicklung des gesamten Bestellprozesses von der Anfrage bis zur Rechnungsprüfung
  • Sicherstellung der termin\-, qualitäts\- und kostengerechten Materialversorgung
  • Überwachung von Lieferterminen sowie Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Lieferabweichungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Technik, Logistik und Qualitätssicherung
  • Pflege von Artikel\-, Lieferanten\- und Preisdaten im ERP\-System
  • Erstellen von Datenanalysen zu Lieferanten, Markt, Kosten und Preisen für Güter und Dienstleistungen
  • Durchführen und Bewerten von Lieferantenaudits
  • Evaluierung von Lieferanten und Prüfung neuer Produkte, Dienstleistungen oder Innovationen auf dem Markt
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Einkaufs\- und Beschaffungsstrategien
  • Führen von Preis\-, Vertrags\- und Rahmenvereinbarungsverhandlungen
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Kostenoptimierungs\- und Einsparpotenzialen

Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

  • Technische Grundausbildung mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit ausgeprägtem technischem Verständnis
  • Weiterbildung im Einkauf (z. B. Einkaufsfachmann/\-frau, Supply Chain Management) von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Einkauf eines Industrie\- oder Produktionsunternehmens
  • Verhandlungssicheres Auftreten sowie analytisches und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Erfahrung im Lieferantenmanagement und in Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP\-Systemen und MS Office
