Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine\n "Technische\n Einkäufer\in" welche\r eine termingerechte Beschaffung von Komponenten für unsere Warengruppen im Bereich Elektrotechnik gewährleistet.

Der Nachhaltigkeit verpflichtet, gestalten wir Elektromobilität mit innovativen Antrieben, Ladegeräten und Mobilitätskonzepten. Das Designwerk Team, bestehend aus rund 200 Mitarbeiter\*innen, bringt nachhaltige Nutzfahrzeuge und eigene Produkte erfolgreich auf die Strasse.

Dein Wirkungsfeld

  • Beschaffung von elektrischen und elektromechanischen Halb\- und Fertigfabrikaten, Handelsteilen und Verbrauchsmaterialien
  • Selbständige Betreuung definierter Warengruppen im Bereich Elektrotechnik
  • Einholen, Analysieren und Vergleichen von Angeboten sowie Führen von Preis\- und Konditionsverhandlungen
  • Auslösen und Überwachen von Bestellungen sowie Einfordern, Prüfen und Dokumentieren von Auftragsbestätigungen; aktive Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit
  • Prüfung technischer Anforderungen, Zeichnungen, Spezifikationen und Stücklisten hinsichtlich Beschaffbarkeit, Verfügbarkeit, Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Aufbau, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung eines geeigneten Lieferantennetzwerks für elektrotechnische Komponenten
  • Selbständige Bearbeitung kleinerer Beschaffungsprojekte inklusive Aufbereitung und Präsentation der Ergebnisse
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung Automotive\-konformer Beschaffungsprozesse entlang der Lieferkette
  • Aktive Mitarbeit, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen in interdisziplinären Projektteams
  • Lieferanten\-Bewertung und \-Entwicklung sowie Mitarbeit bei Lieferanten\-Qualifikationen und \-Audits
  • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Kosten\-, Quartals\- und Versorgungspotenzialen
  • Technische und kommerzielle Abstimmung mit Engineering, Konstruktion, AVOR, Produktion und Qualität

Deine Pluspunkte

* Abgeschossene kaufmännische oder technische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Einkauf (z.B. Einkaufsfachmann/\-frau mit eidg. FA) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation * Eine elektrotechnische oder elektromechanische Ausbildung von Vorteil * 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im technischen Einkauf, idealerweise im Fahrzeugbau (Automotiv), Maschinenbau oder in der Elektromobilität * Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Beschaffung elektrischer und elektromechanischer Komponenten wie Kabelkonfektion, PCBA, Sensoren, Aktoren, Steckverbindern oder Batteriesystemen * Kenntnisse von Automotive\-Anforderungen und Qualitätsstandards; idealerweise Erfahrung mit IATF 16949 oder Automotive Core Tools * Verhandlungssicheres Auftreten und Freude am direkten Lieferantenkontakt * Selbständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise; ausgeprägte "Hands\-on"\-Mentalität * Sicherer Umgang mit ERP\-Systemen (idealerweise MS Dynamics 365 BC) und MS Office; Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement\-Tools von Vorteil Standort
