Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n Technische:r Mitarbeiter:in Werkstätten und Living Lab (m/w/d \\\| 100%) Ihre Aufgaben \* Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs unserer Werkstätten und des Maschinenparks \* Bedienung, Pflege und Unterhalt von Maschinen, Werkzeugen und technischen Einrichtungen \* Durchführung kleinerer Wartungs\\- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten sowie Koordination externer Servicearbeiten \* Praktische Unterstützung bei Kunden\\- und internen Projekten, insbesondere bei Fertigung, Prototyping und Einzelanfertigungen \* Durchführung grundlegender CAD\\-Arbeiten und Aufbereitung von Daten für die Fertigung \* Unterstützung bei Auf\\-, Um\\- und Rückbau von Simulationen, Versuchsaufbauten, Workshops und Demonstrationen im Living Lab \* Aufbau, Betrieb, Konfiguration und Bedienung technischer Systeme wie Real\\-Time Locating System (RTLS), Projektionsfläche, Eye\\-Tracking, Motion Capture und Audio\\-Einrichtungen \* Sicherstellung der Einsatzbereitschaft von technischen Geräten und Systemen \* Fehleranalyse und Behebung technischer Störungen während des Betriebs \* Organisation und Bewirtschaftung von Werkzeugen, Verbrauchsmaterialien, Simulationsmaterialien und Inventar \* Dokumentation von Maschinen, technischen Setups und wiederkehrenden Abläufen \* Unterstützung und Instruktion von Mitarbeitenden bei der Nutzung von Maschinen und technischen Systemen \* Flexible technische und handwerkliche Mitarbeit über verschiedene Bereiche und Technologien hinweg Ihr Profil \* Abgeschlossene handwerkliche oder technische Berufsausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation \* Praktische Erfahrung in einem technischen, handwerklichen oder werkstattnahen Umfeld \* Gutes technisches Verständnis und Freude an praktischer Arbeit \* Ausgeprägte Hands\\-on\\-Mentalität sowie selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise \* Erfahrung im Umgang mit Maschinen, Werkzeugen und technischen Einrichtungen \* Grundkenntnisse in CAD und/oder digitaler Fertigung von Vorteil \* Grundkenntnisse in IT und Netzwerk von Vorteil \* Bereitschaft und Interesse, sich in neue Technologien und Systeme einzuarbeiten \* Flexible, vielseitige Persönlichkeit mit Freude an unterschiedlichen Aufgabenstellungen \* Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise \* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil, sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365 und digitalen Arbeitsmitteln werden vorausgesetzt.
