Einleitung

Für unseren Standort in Zürich suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die Freude an der Kalkulation und technischen Sachbearbeitung hat. Sie werden Teil eines motivierten Teams im Project Competence Center (PCC) sein, das wesentliche Beiträge zur Vernetzung von Strom, Verkehr und Daten leistet. Ihre Hauptaufgabe wird das Management von Ausschreibungen und Offerten umfassen. Mit Ihrem technischen Hintergrund und Ihrer analytischen Denkweise tragen Sie zur erfolgreichen Abwicklung von Projekten bei und unterstützen unsere Projektleiter während der Offerten- und Ausführungsphase.

Aufgaben

  • Sie sichten sorgfältig alle eingehenden Ausschreibungen und evaluieren diese umfassend
  • Sie erarbeiten detaillierte Offerten basierend auf funktionalen Ausschreibungen und Submissionen
  • Sie holen qualifizierte Offerten bei Lieferanten ein und klären technische Details ab
  • Sie stellen sicher, dass alle Offerten qualitäts-, termin- und kostengerecht abgewickelt werden
  • Sie unterstützen die Projektleiter tatkräftig in der Offerten- und Ausführungsphase

Profil

  • Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung in der Elektrobranche
  • Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung oder sind bereit, eine solche zu absolvieren
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel, zeichnen Sie aus
  • Sie haben eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und starke analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Sie sind ein kommunikativer und kritikfähiger Teamplayer und arbeiten lösungsorientiert
