Technischer Sales Support 80 - 100 % (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

* Erstellen und Bearbeiten von technischen Angeboten sowie Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen

* Technische Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden im Bereich Dosieren, Mischen, Zerkleinern und pneumatisches Fördern

* Abklärung technischer Anforderungen und Erarbeitung passender Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachstellen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Aussendienst bei der Kundenbetreuung und Projektverfolgung

* Unterstützung der Projektleitung während der Auftragsabwicklung

* Koordination technischer und kommerzieller Fragestellungen mit unseren internationalen Tochtergesellschaften

* Mitarbeit bei Kundenversuchen in unserem Test Center

* Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Verkaufsunterlagen, technischen Dokumentationen und internen Prozessen

 

Das bringen Sie mit

* Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung, beispielsweise als Polymechaniker/in, Konstrukteur/in, Anlagen- und Apparatebauer/in oder in einem vergleichbaren technischen Beruf

* Idealerweise eine Weiterbildung als Techniker/in HF, Technische/r Kaufmann/-frau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Erfahrung im technischen Verkaufsinnendienst, Sales Support, in der Auftragsabwicklung oder in einer vergleichbaren technischen Funktion von Vorteil

* Freude an technischen Produkten, Kundenkontakt und der Erarbeitung praxisorientierter Lösungen

* Gutes technisches Verständnis und Interesse an Maschinen, Anlagen und verfahrenstechnischen Prozessen

* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikative, teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Eigeninitiative und Organisationstalent
