Technischer Vertriebsmitarbeiter F/D 100% CDI (M/W/D)

Aufgaben

  • Aufbau und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen (Angebote, Rechnungsstellung, Nachverfolgung)
  • Erstellung von Zeitplänen und Organisation der Nachverfolgung der Arbeiten
  • Koordination und Betreuung der Teams auf den Baustellen
  • Technische und administrative Nachverfolgung der Baustellen Verwaltung der Materialbestellungen und Durchführung von Ausschreibungen
  • Präsentation von Brandschutzlösungen und -konzepten für Kunden und Interessenten
  • Teilnahme an Management-Meetings und Sicherstellung der Weitergabe interner Informationen

Profil

  • Grundausbildung in einem Bauberuf
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bauwesen mit Schwerpunkt Hochbau
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Baunormen, idealerweise im Bereich Brandschutz
  • Sicheres Auftreten im Projektmanagement und in der Ausführungsüberwachung
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Vertriebsorientierung
  • Zweisprachigkeit Französisch/Deutsch oder Schweizerdeutsch
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Walliser Marktes
  • Organisierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
