Responsabilità

  • Punto di riferimento tecnico per la manutenzione di celle automatizzate complesse (robot industriali, PLC, sistemi di visione, sistemi di movimentazione e dispositivi di automazione integrati)
  • Responsabilità del corretto funzionamento e della massima disponibilità operativa di macchine, robot e impianti aziendali
  • Esecuzione di attività di manutenzione preventiva, predittiva e correttiva
  • Diagnosi e ricerca guasti, intervenendo su componenti elettrici, elettronici, meccanici e pneumatici
  • Attività di diagnostica e piccole modifiche ai programmi PLC, HMI e robot per il rapido ripristino degli impianti
  • Collaborazione costante con Produzione, Industrializzazione e con i costruttori degli impianti durante le fasi di installazione, collaudo (FAT/SAT), avviamento e ottimizzazione delle nuove linee produttive, contribuendo al miglioramento continuo delle prestazioni degli impianti e alla riduzione dei tempi di fermo macchina

Profilo

  • Formazione conclusa in ambito tecnico (automazione, meccatronica, elettrotecnica o equivalente)
  • Precedente e solida esperienza nella manutenzione di impianti industriali automatizzati, di linee di assemblaggio automatiche e celle robotizzate
  • Precedente esperienza in attività di installazione, di commissioning, di avviamento e collaudo (FAT/SAT) di nuovi impianti
  • Conoscenze tecniche in area: elettromeccanica, pneumatica ed oleodinamica, PLC industriali per attività di ricerca guasti e modifica
  • Competenza nella programmazione, diagnostica e messa in servizio di robot
  • Conoscenza di HMI, inverter, servoazionamenti e sistemi di motion control
  • Conoscenza delle reti industriali
  • Conoscenza di sistemi di visione industriale
  • Capacità di lettura e interpretazione di schemi elettrici, pneumatici e meccanici
  • Utilizzo di strumenti di misura e diagnostica
  • Conoscenza delle metodologie di manutenzione preventiva, predittiva e miglioramento continuo
  • Capacità di analizzare guasti complessi, individuare le root causes e implementare azioni correttive
  • Conoscenza delle normative di sicurezza delle macchine e delle procedure di intervento in sicurezza
  • Conoscenza buona della lingua inglese
  • Attitudine alla ricerca di soluzioni, autonomia operativa ed organizzativa
  • Piacere al contatto interpersonale e a far parte di una squadra di lavoro orientata all-obiettivo comune
  • Forte senso di responsabilità e orientamento al continuo miglioramento
  • Precisione e affidabilità
  • Disponibilità al lavoro su turni e al servizio di picchetto
  • Disponibilità a trasferte saltuarie e pianificate in Svizzera e all'estero per FAT, SAT, installazione, avviamento e formazione presso costruttori di impianti
