Responsabilità

  • Sviluppo e gestione di programmi di misurazione mediante sistemi di controllo CMM
  • Esecuzione di controlli dimensionali e redazione della relativa documentazione tecnica
  • Elaborazione rapporti di controllo in accettazione delle forniture
  • Collaborazione alle attività di qualifica dei nuovi fornitori e all'approvazione di nuovi prodotti, stampi e attrezzature
  • Gestione delle richieste interne di misurazione, analisi dimensionali e verifiche tecniche
  • Supporto ad attività di valutazione e validazione dei materiali forniti da partner esterni
  • Analisi e gestione delle non conformità interne correlate ai materiali ricevuti
  • Collaborare costantemente con le funzioni Qualità, Produzione e Industrializzazione per garantire il rispetto degli standard aziendali

Profilo

  • Diploma tecnico a indirizzo meccanico, polimeccanico o formazione equivalente
  • Esperienza di almeno 3 anni in ruoli di tecnico di misurazione del settore qualità presso aziende industriali strutturate
  • Consolidata esperienza nella programmazione e nell'utilizzo di sistemi di misura CMM (ad esempio OGP, ZONE3 e MeasureMind)
  • Ottima conoscenza delle normative ISO, delle procedure di calibrazione e degli strumenti di misura meccanici
  • Familiarità con metodologie e strumenti della qualità, della metrologia e dell'analisi statistica
  • Buone competenze in ambito meccanico di precisione ed elettrotecnico
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e buona conoscenza dell'inglese (livello minimo B1)
  • La conoscenza del tedesco e/o del francese rappresenta un plus.
  • Buona padronanza dei principali strumenti informatici e gestionali, in particolare SAP e Microsoft Office
