Was dich erwartet

  • Bearbeiten schriftlicher Anfragen von Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Ganzeitliches Betreuuen unserer BILAS-Kunden 
  • Bewirtschaften von Zahlungeingängen, Statusmeldungen und erfassen von Durchführungsstellen im gesamten EU-Raum 
  • Zusammenarbeiten mit internen und externen Partnern

Was du mitbringst

  • Gute Französisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Italienisch- und Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Gute MS-Office-Anwenderkenntnisse und von Vorteil Vorkenntnisse im Betriebssystem Syrius und SAP sowie Schnittstellensystem RINA
  • Erste praktische Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in einem Call Center oder im Kundendienst einer Versicherung

* Zuverlässige, belastbare und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit exakter und selbstständiger Arbeitsweise
