Wir bauen unser R&D-Team bei This AG – einem Unternehmen der Rayner Group – aus! Die Stelle als Test Engineer bietet dir die Möglichkeit, in einem dynamischen, innovativen Umfeld zu arbeiten und zur Entwicklung unserer Phako-Technologien beizutragen, die für Patienten auf der ganzen Welt einen echten Unterschied machen.

Hauptaufgaben: • Entwicklung von Testkonzepten und -strategien unter Einbeziehung von Hardware-Prüfständen, mechanischen Vorrichtungen, elektronischen Schaltungen und Software-Verifizierung zur Unterstützung von CI/CD-Pipelines. • Definition von Testprotokollen und Testplänen sowie Festlegung geeigneter Stichprobengrössen und Akzeptanzkriterien auf der Grundlage von Risikomanagement, Konfidenzniveaus und historischen Daten. • Teilnahme an funktionsübergreifenden Design-Reviews und Durchführung strenger Hardware-in-the-Loop- (HIL) und Systemvalidierungen. • Gründliche Analyse von Testdaten und Bewertungskennzahlen anhand vordefinierter Akzeptanzkriterien, Durchführung von Ursachenanalysen bei Anomalien sowie Erstellung von Zusammenfassungsberichten zur Verifikation. • Dokumentation und Verifikation gemäss den Richtlinien zur Entwicklung von Medizinprodukten

Ihr Profil: • Ausbildung/Qualifikation: Elektroniker, HF, Fachhochschul- oder Universitätsabschluss in Elektronik, Elektrotechnik oder Informatik • Erfahrung im Bereich automatisierter Tests und in den entsprechenden Programmiersprachen (Python, LabView, …) • Idealerweise Erfahrung in Entwicklungsprojekten (Programmierung in C/C++, Messtechnik, eingebettete Systeme, Mikrocontroller, Medizintechnik) • Sprachen: Deutsch und Englisch, in Wort und Schrift
