Zur Unterstützung mehrerer strategischer Business\-Transformationsprogramme suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit als Test Manager Enterprise Transformation. In dieser zentralen Rolle baust du ein unternehmensweites Testmanagement auf, etablierst nachhaltige Governance\-Strukturen und stellst die Qualität komplexer End\-to\-End\-Geschäftsprozesse über verschiedene Systemlandschaften hinweg sicher.

Test Manager Enterprise Transformation (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben

Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung des Testmanagements

  • Entwicklung und Einführung einer unternehmensweiten Teststrategie sowie Test\-Governance
  • Definition von Testprozessen, Rollen, Verantwortlichkeiten und Qualitätsstandards
  • Aufbau eines skalierbaren Testmanagement\-Frameworks für Projekte und den operativen Betrieb
  • Einführung geeigneter Methoden, Kennzahlen und Best Practices
  • Sicherstellung der Nachvollziehbarkeit von Anforderungen, Testfällen und Testergebnissen

Unterstützung strategischer Transformationsprogramme

  • Planung, Koordination und Steuerung sämtlicher Testaktivitäten in mehreren Transformationsvorhaben
  • Erstellung von Teststrategien und Testplänen auf Projekt\- und Programmebene
  • Beratung von Projektleitern, Fachbereichen und Solution Architekten
  • Management von Test\-Risiken, Abhängigkeiten und Eskalationen
  • Reporting an Programmleitungen, Steering Committees und Management

End\-to\-End\-Testmanagement

  • Verantwortung für System\-, Integrations\-, End\-to\-End\-, UAT\-, Regression\-, Release\- und Abnahmetests
  • Sicherstellung einer umfassenden Testabdeckung geschäftskritischer Prozesse
  • Steuerung des Defect\-Managements
  • Weiterentwicklung und Governance der Testautomatisierung mit Tricentis qTest und Tosca
  • Definition eines nachhaltigen Betriebsmodells für automatisierte Testfälle

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Testmanagement komplexer Enterprise\-Umgebungen
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau von Testorganisationen und Test\-Governance\-Strukturen
  • Praxis in grossen ERP\-, SAP\- oder Transformationsprogrammen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Französisch und/oder Italienisch sind von Vorteil.
  • Erfahrung in der Führung und Koordination verteilter Teams
  • Kenntnisse in agilen, hybriden und klassischen Projektmethoden
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Cloud ALM, Salesforce sowie Tricentis qTest und Tosca
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Testautomatisierung, Release\- und Qualitätsmanagement sowie Integrations\- und Enterprise\-Architekturen
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, hohe Eigeninitiative und starkes Stakeholder\-Management
  • Durchsetzungsstärke, diplomatisches Geschick und die Fähigkeit, ohne direkte Weisungsbefugnis zu führen
