Nous sommes une entreprise innovante et prospère dans la région de Zurich Wyland. Avec plus de 70 collaborateurs, nous sommes spécialisés dans les travaux de couvreur-zingueur, la construction de toitures plates et de façades. Nous proposons également des fabrications métalliques sur mesure, des entretiens de toitures, des systèmes de protection contre la foudre et des rénovations de bâtiments industriels complexes - tout ce qui concerne l-enveloppe du bâtiment.

NOUS RECHERCHONS

Nous recherchons dès maintenant ou selon accord une personne engagée et polyvalente en tant que TOUT-FAIRE COMMERCIAL (50-60%)

VOS TÂCHES

- Soutien de l-équipe dans les tâches administratives quotidiennes

- Réception et traitement des demandes téléphoniques des clients

- Organisation et gestion administrative des entretiens de toitures

- Soutien du responsable service dans les activités quotidiennes

- Travaux de bureau généraux et aide aux tâches organisationnelles

- Saisie des factures fournisseurs

VOTRE PROFIL

- Formation commerciale EFZ achevée

- Méthode de travail autonome, flexible et fiable

- Maîtrise de MS Office ; connaissances d-Abacus sont un avantage

- Talent d-organisation et plaisir aux tâches administratives

- Présentation amicale et compétente
