Leonteq Securities AG recherche un trader dynamique et orienté équipe pour le marché secondaire. Le candidat retenu sera responsable de la cotation et du trading de produits structurés à travers diverses classes d'actifs, tant sur les bourses que de gré à gré. Le rôle implique une collaboration avec des parties prenantes internes et externes et requiert un haut degré de compétences analytiques, de résolution de problèmes et interpersonnelles.

Ce que vous ferez

  • Surveiller et gérer en continu les risques résultant de l'émission et de l'activité de trading des produits structurés.
  • Participer à la tenue de marché pour les produits structurés.
  • Gérer les relations avec les banques tierces et exécuter les ordres avec elles.
  • Collaborer de manière proactive avec l'équipe des ventes et d'autres parties prenantes internes pour fournir un service client de haute qualité et assurer la conformité aux exigences réglementaires.
  • Participer au développement de l'infrastructure de trading afin d'améliorer l'automatisation de la gestion des risques et la scalabilité globale de la plateforme de trading.

Ce dont vous aurez besoin

  • Licence ou master en finance ou dans un domaine connexe, avec une préférence pour une qualification postuniversitaire pertinente (par exemple CFA, FRM).
  • Expérience professionnelle antérieure dans un rôle similaire.
  • Une solide compréhension des dérivés et des produits structurés.
  • La capacité de travailler de manière autonome, précise et sous pression dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Solides compétences analytiques et quantitatives.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
  • Connaissances avancées en Python et compréhension de la contribution au prix sont un atout majeur.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais, avec connaissance de l'allemand ou de l'italien.
