Notre programme d-entraînement de 12 mois est fait sur mesure et permet de te préparer au mieux à la prise en charge de ta propre région en tant qu-Area Manager.

Ta mission ##

  • Responsabilité globale de direction pour une région comprenant 3 à 5 magasins
  • Responsabilité de la gestion complète du personnel (recrutement, direction et développement du personnel) jusqu-à 100 collaborateurs
  • Responsabilité conjointe pour les ouvertures de magasin
  • Analyse et pilotage de divers indicateurs
  • Contrôle et optimisation des processus en magasin

Trois étapes pour atteindre l-objectif

  • Phase de base : tu seras intégré dans un magasin de formation et apprendras toutes les tâches de base de la vente, pour assumer par la suite la responsabilité globale de deux magasins, pendant 5 semaines.
  • Phase de développement : au cours de cette phase, tu découvriras tous les services de notre centre de distribution.
  • Phase d-approfondissement : tu accompagneras l-Area Manager afin d-acquérir toutes les connaissances et les compétences requises. Ensuite, tu assumeras pendant 4 semaines, en tant que remplaçant, la responsabilité globale pour une région.

Ton profil ##

  • Diplôme de fin d-études (université/HES), de préférence axé sur le commerce
  • Une première expérience professionnelle en ventes serait un plus
  • Mobilité, résistance au stress et disponibilité opérationnelle
  • Grande motivation, autonomie et plaisir pour les activités propres à l-entreprise
  • Capacités communicatives, sait se concentrer sur l'essentiel
  • Connaissances en allemand niveau C1 minimum ; la maîtrise d-une autre langue nationale serait un plus
