Nous sommes une entreprise familiale jeune et dynamique spécialisée en technologie médicale, basée à Oberkirch/Sursee (LU). Notre focus est sur les méthodes de traitement mini-invasives en chirurgie de la colonne vertébrale. Nos clients incluent des hôpitaux, que nous soutenons avec des implants, des instruments et des technologies avancées. Au fil des années, nous sommes devenus l'un des partenaires les plus importants des chirurgiens de la colonne vertébrale en Suisse.

Vous avez l'opportunité d'effectuer un stage (9 mois) chez nous afin de devenir Spécialiste Produit Junior incl. PM & Spécialiste Ventes et de vous développer ensuite au sein de l'entreprise. Pendant cette période, vous acquerrez des connaissances précieuses sur les différentes activités de notre entreprise de technologie médicale et participerez à de nombreuses interventions chirurgicales dans les hôpitaux de la partie occidentale de la Suisse.

 

Stagiaire Spécialiste Produit Junior incl. PM & Ventes Stage en Suisse Romande Début : Immédiat ou à convenir ##

Vos principales tâches :

Spécialiste Produit / Support Chirurgical (poste en hôpital) :

  • Acquérir une expertise clinique pour assister les médecins et le personnel soignant avant et pendant les interventions
  • Collaborer au développement de programmes de formation (clients internes et externes)
  • Co-responsabilité dans la gestion des sets de prêt (instruments chirurgicaux)
  • Possibilité d'évolution en tant que Spécialiste Produit / Support Chirurgical

Gestion de Produit (PM) / Marketing :

  • Participation à la gestion de produit (études de marché, conception & réalisation de lancements de nouveaux produits, etc.)
  • Développement et mise en œuvre de mesures marketing (site web, campagnes mailing, organisation d'expositions/congrès, etc.)
  • Possibilité d'évolution en tant que Chef de Produit ou Responsable Marketing

Spécialiste Ventes / Consultant Médical :

  • Acquisition de connaissances produit pour comprendre en profondeur les avantages et caractéristiques
  • Préparation et participation aux entretiens avec les chirurgiens
  • Organisation de road shows, ventes croisées lors d'interventions et congrès
  • Possibilité d'évolution en tant que Spécialiste Ventes pour chirurgiens

Autres : Collaboration à d'autres tâches & projets (ex. support des ventes, gestion de la qualité, etc.) selon les besoins

Votre profil :

  • Diplôme en sciences de la santé et technologie, médecine humaine ou sciences naturelles
  • Intérêt pour l'environnement hospitalier et identification avec les produits de technologie médicale
  • Personne dévouée avec des méthodes de travail systématiques, orientées objectifs et grande volonté de service
  • Grand degré d'autonomie, fiabilité et initiative
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et respecter les délais
  • Bonnes compétences en communication, volonté de créer des relations avec les clients
  • Disponibilité pour un développement professionnel continu
  • Motivation supérieure à la moyenne, ainsi que pensée et action entrepreneuriales
  • Bonne condition physique car certains dispositifs/sets doivent être portés/apportés à l'hôpital
  • Excellente maîtrise du français, bonne connaissance de l'anglais, la connaissance de l'allemand est un plus
  • Résidence idéalement en Suisse romande (autour de Fribourg/Lausanne) et disposé à voyager (principalement en Suisse) & permis de conduire
