Das "AI Business Engineering" gestaltet die Zukunft des Bankings aktiv mit. Wir identifizieren, entwickeln und erproben innovative Lösungen im Bereich Künstliche Intelligenz und Automatisierung, um Prozesse effizienter, kundenorientierter und zukunftsfähiger zu machen.

Als Trainee unterstützt du den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung von AI- und Automatisierungslösungen und arbeitest an der Schnittstelle von Business und Technologie an strategisch relevanten Zukunftsthemen.

Das kannst du bewirken

  • Du analysierst Geschäftsprozesse und identifizierst Potenziale für den Einsatz von Künstlicher Intelligenz und Automatisierung
  • Du konzipierst und erprobst gemeinsam mit Fach- und Technologieteams innovative GenAI-, Copilot- und Agentic-AI-Anwendungen
  • Du arbeitest bei Proof of Concepts, Pilotprojekten und (MVP) Minimum Viable Products mit und begleitest deren Weiterentwicklung
  • Du recherchierst neue Technologien und Anwendungsfälle und leitest daraus Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Fachbereiche und Management ab
  • Du wirkst an der Weiterentwicklung von AI-Adoptionsinitiativen mit und unterstützt die Einführung neuer Lösungen in der Organisation

Das bringst du mit

  • Du befindest dich kurz vor dem Masterabschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Data Science, Digital Business Management oder Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Digitalisierung oder Technologie oder hast diesen bereits abgeschlossen, der bei Programmbeginn nicht länger als zwei Jahre her ist.
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der Prozessanalyse, im Requirements Engineering oder in Digitalisierungsprojekten von Vorteil
  • Begeisterung für Künstliche Intelligenz, Automatisierung, Datenanalyse und neue Technologien
  • Analytisches und strukturiertes Denken sowie Freude an der Lösung komplexer Fragestellungen
  • Offene Persönlichkeit mit hoher Lernbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und ausgeprägter Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
