Die Treuhand \& Revision AG in Wabern bei Bern ist jung, dynamisch und digital. Bei uns läuft Treuhand so, wie es heute sein sollte: papierlos, mit KI im Werkzeugkasten und ohne Bundesordner im Regal. Wir wachsen und suchen Verstärkung für unser Team.

Dein Revier: Du führst Kundenbuchhaltungen selbstständig und kennst "Deine" Kundschaft bald beim Namen. Dazu gehören Monatsabstimmungen, MWST\-Abrechnungen, Lohnbuchhaltung und Personaladministration sowie Steuererklärungen von Privatpersonen und Unternehmen. Das ist abwechslungsreich, bringt viel Eigenverantwortung und echten Kontakt mit Menschen statt anonymer Zahlenkolonnen.

Dein Wachstumspfad: Bei uns bist Du nicht für immer auf ein Aufgabengebiet festgelegt. Wenn Du Dich einbringst und weiterkommen willst, investieren wir gerne Zeit und Arbeit in Deine Entwicklung. Mit Einarbeitung in neue Themen, fachlichem Austausch und, wo es passt, externen Weiterbildungen. So kannst Du Schritt für Schritt auch in Jahresabschlüsse und Revisionsmandate hineinwachsen. Wohin die Reise geht, gestalten wir gemeinsam und nach Deinen Stärken.

Das bringst Du mit: Idealerweise Treuhand\- oder Revisionserfahrung. Du arbeitest exakt und selbstständig und feierst moderne Tools, statt sie zu fürchten. Vor allem aber hast Du Freude an dem, was Du tust. Für Dich ist Treuhand nicht einfach ein , sondern etwas, bei dem Du gerne mitdenkst, tüftelst und Dich freust, wenn am Ende alles aufgeht.

Das bekommst Du: 30–40 % Pensum, kurze Entscheidungswege und ein modernes Umfeld, das Du von Anfang an aktiv mitgestaltest. Winterschlaf gibt's bei uns keinen, dafür viel Entwicklung.
