Einleitung

Für unseren Kunden suchen wir eine zuverlässige Persönlichkeit als Treuhandassistent 60-100%. Du unterstützt die Geschäftsleitung und das Team in administrativen Aufgaben und stellst einen reibungslosen Ablauf im Tagesgeschäft sicher.

Aufgaben

  • Betreuung des Empfangsbereichs sowie Koordination von Besprechungszimmern
  • Bearbeitung des Posteingangs inkl. Scanning und Ablage
  • Annahme und Weiterleitung von Telefonanrufen
  • Erstellung und Verwaltung von Verträgen, Formularen und Korrespondenz
  • Unterstützung im Zahlungsverkehr und in der Fakturierung
  • Administrative Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung
  • Koordination mit Banken, Behörden und Handelsregister
  • Mitarbeit bei internen Projekten

Profil

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung, Erfahrung im Treuhand- oder Kanzleiumfeld von Vorteil
  • Deutsch auf Muttersprachenniveau, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und diskrete Arbeitsweise
  • Professionelles Auftreten, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
