Tâches ##

  • Établissement de devis, factures et commandes de pièces.
  • Planification des maintenances et dépannages externes.

Compétences ##

  • Formation en mécanique, connaissances en nacelles un atout.
  • Excellentes capacités d'organisation et de gestion d'équipe.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques et bilinguisme Français/Allemand.

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous cherchons, pour notre atelier de Villars-Ste-Croix (VD) un chef d-atelier à 100% (H/F).

Vos tâches ###

  • Gestion de l-atelier sur les plans technique et opérationnel
  • Gestion administrative (établissement de devis, factures, commandes de pièces)
  • Démarchage et suivi des clients
  • Mise en place de processus d-entretiens
  • Planification des travaux de maintenances et dépannages externes
  • Diagnostic de pannes, dépannages, entretien et réparations, sur chantiers, chez nos clients et en nos ateliers de Villars-Ste-Croix (VD) de PEMP de toutes catégories.

Qualifications et profil requis ###

  • Formation professionnelle achevée dans le domaine mécanique (de préférence en machines agricoles ou de travaux publics) avec formation continue dans les domaines électriques, électroniques et hydrauliques (lecture de schémas)
  • Connaissances en nacelles = un +
  • Expérience dans un poste similaire
  • Expérience de dépannage sur chantiers
  • Goût prononcé pour l-organisation
  • Excellentes capacités à gérer une équipe
  • Bilingue Français/Allemand = un +
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques
  • CH ou permis valable
  • Age idéal 30 - 45 ans
  • Domicile en région lausannoise (max. 30 km)
  • Bonne résistance au stress, flexible et pro-actif. Personnalité robuste et fiable, inspirée du sens du travail en équipe
