Notre Fondation exploite deux établissements médico\-sociaux, l’un à mission d’accueil gériatrique avec un CAT et l’autre à mission d’accueil de psychiatrie de l’âge avancé (PAA)

Nous sommes à la recherche pour notre site Sarraz

d’un/e ASSC à 80% pour l’accompagnement de 32 résidents, mission psychiatrie de l’âge avancé

Votre mission

  • Vous assurez les prestations qui vous sont déléguées en respectant les objectifs d’accompagnement de chaque résident
  • Vous établissez une relation de confiance avec les proches
  • Vous collaborez avec les équipes en interdisciplinarité pour le bien\-être des résidents
  • Vous participez activement à l’amélioration continue de nos pratiques de soins
  • Vous participez à l’élaboration et au suivi du projet d’accompagnement
  • Vous travaillez en binôme avec les infirmières

Votre profil

  • CFC d’ASSC ou titre jugé équivalent
  • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et capacité à travailler en équipe
  • A l’aise avec les outils informatiques usuels
