Paprec Metabader SA est expert dans le domaine du recyclage. Grâce à nos différentes sociétés, nous vous offrons un service complet, qui comprend notamment la pose de bennes, le transport de divers matériaux, la récupération, le tri, la transformation et la revalorisation de vos déchets. Pour notre site du canton de Fribourg, nous recherchons :

Un-(e) Chef-(fe) d’équipe manutentionnaire – Cariste Taux d’activité 100% | Contrat à durée indéterminée

(Lieu de travail – Chez un client à Fribourg + déplacement ponctuel)

Descriptif du poste • Encadrement quotidien d’une équipe de 5 collaborateurs et gestion des plannings • Organisation et supervision des opérations de tri, collecte et manutention • Suivi des activités, des heures et des besoins logistiques via l’ERP • Gestion des transports, contenants et interventions des sous-traitants • Participation aux opérations de chargement, déchargement et manutention • Gestion de la relation client et traitement des demandes • Suivi des certificats de destruction et respect des consignes de sécurité

Votre profil • Expérience confirmée dans le recyclage et la logistique • Expérience dans la gestion d’une équipe • Permis cariste valable • Dynamique, polyvalent(e), autonome et réactif(ve) • Bonne condition physique, esprit d’équipe et sens des responsabilités • À l’aise dans le travail de terrain et la gestion des imprévus • Bon contact avec les clients et les collaborateurs • La connaissance de l’allemand constitue un atout
