The posting

Police Lavaux est une association de six communes du district de Lavaux\-Oron, soit Bourg\-en\-Lavaux, Chexbres, Lutry, Puidoux, Rivaz et Saint\-Saphorin, dont la mission principale est d’assurer la protection des personnes et des biens sur le territoire.

Au sein de sa Division Police Administrative, l'Unité Administrative et d'Accueil (UAA) est le premier point de contact de la population, des commerçants et des partenaires : réception de l'Hôtel de police, autorisations de police du commerce, chancellerie, gestion du port et du cimetière de Lutry.

Police Lavaux réorganise actuellement cette unité afin d’optimiser la répartition des tâches et d’améliorer le service au public. Dans ce cadre, elle recrute :

**Un\-e chef\-fe d’Unité Administrative et d’Accueil,

adjoint\-e au chef de la Division Police Administrative

(poste civil ouvert également aux policiers)**

Missions générales

  • Conduire quatre personnes de l’Unité Administrative et d’accueil (police du commerce, chancellerie, réception)
  • Suppléer le chef de la division Police Administrative lors d’absence
  • Gérer le port et le cimetière communal de Lutry, pour les aspects administratifs
  • Etablir les tableaux de bord et les documents de reporting du corps de police
  • Contribuer au développement et à l’amélioration des processus de travail de l’entité

Profil recherché

  • Formation supérieure de niveau Bachelor (HES, Université ou titre jugé équivalent), idéalement dans le domaine concerné ou CFC d’employé\-e de commerce, complété par une expérience professionnelle confirmée
  • Connaissance de l’administration publique, un atout
  • Leadership et expérience initiale en management, idéalement dans la conduite d’une équipe au sein d’une administration
  • Organisation, rigueur administrative, qualité et facilité rédactionnelles
  • Esprit d’analyse, de synthèse et de vulgarisation
  • Aisance relationnelle et sens du service public
  • Exemplarité, discipline et confidentialité
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels
